Who we are

NOEMI & MARCO

Our history

Across Ireland born from a deep bond with theIreland, built over time through direct experiences, stays in the country and numerous trips to discover its most iconic and lesser-known counties. Here you will find practical advice, realistic itineraries and travel stories to discover authentic Ireland, avoiding the most common errors and optimizing time and travel.

Scome on Naomi e Marco, husband and wife from 2022, but life companions from afar 2011. Fifteen years together, a story born almost by chance... just like our love for'Emerald Isle.

In the 2018 we decide to make a change in our lives: we leave office jobs and set off in search of a European destination to improve our English. Among many capitals, we choose Dublin, without really knowing why. A language pack + accommodation, some savings aside and a lot of courage: this is how it all begins. We live in Dublin for three months, an intense experience that, we have to admit it, at the beginning it doesn't completely win us over. Let's go back in Italia and let's resume our careers, but something of Ireland remained within us… silent but present.

In the 2021 we decide to return, this time to discover the truth Ireland. Why yes, It is true: Ireland is not Dublin and Dublin is not all of Ireland. Let's organize 10 days on the road, crossing the island from east to west, with special attention to Connemara, moving only by public transport!

And it is precisely during this journey that, in front of Cliffs of Moher, comes a marriage proposal that we will never forget.

Since then, Ireland becomes part of our life.

Let's go back to the Emerald Isle seven times, organizing always different itineraries on the road, between scenic roads, cliffs, villages and pubs full of music. Let's celebrate here i 30 Naomi's years, the first part of our honeymoon and the first wedding anniversary.

In the 2024 we live one of the most amazing trips: 15 giorni on the road, beyond 4.500 km, from Dublin southwards, and then travel the whole Wild Atlantic Way, and Kinsale fino at Malin Head, the northernmost point of Ireland. An intense itinerary, powerful, which we talk about in the blog because we know that it can give rise to the desire to leave immediately.

In the 2025 let's go back to again Dublin to celebrate a birthday, seeing friends again and breathing thatunique atmosphere that only this city can offer.

And in the summer of the same year we faced an even more special journey: our first on the road as a threesome. Noemi is six months pregnant and we choose a softer itinerary, but still intense: beyond 2.500 km of emotions.

Today we are already planning the next trip, this time with a small traveling companion: Vittoria Erin sitting in the back seat.

Yes, Erin. An ancient and poetic name that means “Ireland”, but also "abundant land, green and fertile”, a name that recalls the deep soul of the island, its nature, its strength and its magic. We couldn't choose a more representative name than our deep bond with this wonderful land.

Why do we tell all this?

Because we believe that a trip to Ireland is not just a list of stops, but oneexperience to build with care, respecting deadlines, distances and above all emotions. And that's why, in addition to our stories, we help those who dream of Ireland to organize personalized itineraries, based on experiences real, experienced first hand.
